TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USAGE OF SUPERPAC INTERNET RELOAD SERVICE

1. You have to make payment via the internet payment gateway "eNETS Debit" supported by the participating banks/via credit card (only VISA or MASTERCARD) .

2. Acceptance of your banking transaction is subject to the participating banks.

3. The online transaction shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

4. Transaction limit for this service is maximum $152 per 30-day period starting from the first reload transaction for the period. Your accumulated transaction value will be reset to $0 after each 30-day period. Request exceeding the above limit during the period will not be processed.

5. Use Of The Service Is At Your Risk

(a) Use of the SuperPac Internet Reload ("the service") is at your risk.

(b) By accessing the M1 website for the service, you agree to be bound by the conditions stated herein. The information and materials - including the conditions in this website - may be modified, deleted or replaced from time to time at the discretion of M1.

(c) M1 shall not be liable in any manner to you or to any person whomsoever, for any losses, damages (direct or indirect), costs, liabilities, expenses, claims or demands resulting from any delays, inaccuracies or errors in the information or in its transmission.

(d) Please contact M1 if you encounter any problem in reloading your SuperPac Plan. Please contact your bank regarding problem with your banking transaction.

6. Your Use Of The Service

(a) You must not:

(i) reproduce any content from our service without our express written permission, which we may withhold or grant (on terms acceptable to us), in our absolute discretion;

(ii) disrupt or interfere with the service or servers or other software, hardware or equipment connected to or via the service;

(iii) collect or store personal data about other users from the service; or

(iv) violate any applicable law relating to your use of the service.

(b) If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your internet banking account, password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities related to your account or password.

7. Links And Advertisements

(a) We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to this service (including without limitation sites linked through advertisements or through any search engines). The inclusion of any link does not imply that we endorse the linked site, and you use the links at your own risk.

(b) Your correspondence or dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers on the service are solely between you and such advertisers. We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the advertisements on the Site.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that the content of the service is subject to copyright and possibly other intellectual property rights. "Content" includes things that you may see, read, hear, download or access on or via the service (including but not limited to messages, files, data, software, images, photographs, illustrations, text and other materials).

(a) Unless you are expressly authorised by law you must not participate in or permit any other person, to:

(i) sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based on, repost or otherwise use any of the content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without our prior written consent; or

(ii) otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of any person in using the service or any content.

(b) Nothing you do on or in relation to the service will transfer any intellectual property rights to you or licence you to exercise any intellectual property rights unless expressly stated.

(c) You agree that our M1 logo is our trademark. All rights in the trademark is reserved by us. All other trademarks appearing on our Site are the property of their respective owners.

M1 treats your personal information in the strictest confidence. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure security of any information you may provide to us.

Except for legal or statutory requirements imposed on us, M1 will not identify you. However, your information collected from this service through the use of cookies* may be used for, but not limited to the following purposes:-

(a) for M1 to serve you better;

(b) for service/demographics profiling; and
